Liver and Gallbladder Flush to Help the Body Heal Itself

Liver and Gallbladder Flush

To start off, a short physiology lesson. Just bear with me for a minute. The liver plays a huge role in one’s healing, as it deals heavily with removing and carrying  away dangerous toxins, bacteria, and drugs in the bloodstream, fighting infections by activating immune system factors, and breaking down fats and carrying away waste through the production of bile, to name just a few things. The gallbladder, although generally taken for granted, stores the bile and then distributes the specific amount required into the stomach for optimum digestion, breaking down fats and nutrients, while it also neutralizes the acids produced by the stomach during digestion. Now, think of what might happen when if the organs in charge of all these functions became polluted, poisoned, and clogged. It’s not a pretty mental picture, is it? With all the heavy-duty filtering work these vital organs continuously perform, it is vital that they are refreshed and cleaned out so that they are able to function at an optimum level.

This Liver/Gallbladder Flush is a time-tested favorite of doctors around the world and is one of the best methods of cleansing the tissues of the liver and gallbladder. Detoxification is essential to any chronic illness program. If you do not relieve the body of toxins, the chances of recovery from many illnesses are greatly reduced. The Liver/Gallbladder flush can be repeated monthly, but at the minimum one should do it every six months. It will be well worth the effort, as many people feel greatly improved after doing one of these flushes.

You will need:

-One gallon of Apple Juice – Organic, unfiltered, and unsweetened

-One pint of Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate)

-Cold-pressed, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (other oils are suggested later)

-½ cup (100ml) of lemon juice or grapefruit juice

-Bentonite Clay (purified for human consumption)

-Home Made Whipping Cream (1 pint)

-Fresh Fruit (Preferably miscellaneous berries)

Optional:

-One bottle of Calc-Acid (by Nutri-West) or Calcium Phosphate

-One bottle of Phos-Drops (by Nutri-West)

-One bottle of Total Liver Detox (by Nutri-West)

-One bottle of Molybdenum (by Jernigan Nutraceuticals)

Optional: Two 4” x 6” x ½” ceramic MRBT magnets

Follow these instructions completely:

Over the next 4 days, drink all the juice between meals at the rate of 3-4 glasses per day.

Wednesday, Thursday — Light diet including salads. Drink all the apple juice between meals at the rate of 3-4 glasses per day.

Friday — Reduce fat intake to zero. No oils, no dressings, no meat, nothing with fat in it. Continue light diet including plenty of apples and apple juice.

Saturday Breakfast and Lunch—  Fruits, vegetables, miso soup, bread and rice are all OK. Eat no fat, oils, butter or mayonnaise at all. And drink your apple juice in between meals.

Saturday at 2 pm — Don’t eat anything — it’s time to fast.  Mix 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Epsom salt into 200 ml (1 cup) of high quality apple juice. Stir thoroughly and drink back quickly. (You can drink this through a straw if it helps.) Follow this with a cup of plain water.

Saturday at 5 pm Mix 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Epsom salt into 200 ml (1 cup) of high quality apple juice. Stir thoroughly and drink back quickly. (You can drink this through a straw if it helps.) Follow this with a cup of plain water.

Drink plenty of water so that you are well hydrated (the Epsom salts will dehydrate you.)

Saturday at 6 pm   Eat a dinner of Home Made Whipping Cream and fruit; the whipping cream contracts the gallbladder; any fruit is acceptable, but berries are best, either fresh or frozen.

Saturday, Half an hour before bedtime, put 1 tablespoon of the Bentonite in 1 glass of water, mix well (Start by adding water slowly), and drink.

Saturday,  At bedtime, drink ½ cup of Olive Oil; ½ cup of grapefruit, or lemon juice may be added, if desired. Note: You can replace Olive Oil with other cold pressed oil like: sunflower oil, coconut oil, walnut oil, almond oil, hazelnut oil, cashew oil, peanut oil, grape seed oil, sesame seeds oil, hemp oil, flax seeds oil, or other natural plant oil.

Shake the oil and citrus juice together in a jar until frothy. Take a deep breath. Drink the mixture “briskly” or take sips over 5 to 10 minutes. Sipping this “salad dressing” through a straw is the easiest for many people. You may feel a little nauseous, which is natural. Breathe deeply!

If you are using lemon juice, it may be easier to sip each liquid separately, using the lemon juice as a chaser for the oil, as the two tend to form a gel when mixed which may be more challenging to swallow. Grapefruit juice doesn’t usually gel in this way.

Brush your teeth well and head for bed. Don’t clean up the kitchen.

It is important that you lie down immediately after taking the oil in order to release the most stones. Lie on your RIGHT side with your knees tucked if you can (fetal position). Stay still for at least 20 minutes before you change positions. You will likely hear a lot of gurgling “down there” which is a good sign that the oil is at work. Of course you can change positions during the night. Go to sleep and stay in bed as long as possible.

(Optional) For maximum detox with the minimum discomfort you  may opt for the Magnetic Resonance Bio-Oxidative Therapy ceramic magnets. Place one of the 4” x 6” x ½” ceramic magnets over the liver (over right lower ribcage and overhanging the abdomen a bit), place the other ceramic magnet over the navel running lengthwise across the abdomen. You may feel nauseated during the night due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver; this is normal and will pass. Observe your first few bowel movements which should be rather loose, so that you can describe them to your doctor. You may see floating pellets which many doctors believe to be gallstones which were softened and passed painlessly during the night.

Sunday — Don’t plan to go ANYWHERE. You may feel weak and will be busy cleansing.

Sunday afternoon — Break your fast with juice and fruit, light soup and steamed vegetables. You can eat regularly Sunday evening.

The 2 optional remedies that can be taken to help you with the Liver and Gallbladder detox are from Nutri-West. We can have these products dropped shipped to you if you would like.

Calc-Acid from Nutri-West: An acidifying calcium formula often chosen to support inflammatory conditions

40mg of Elemental Calcium compounded to insure Acidic PH as:
Calcium (as phosphate) 105 mg
Calcium (as ascorbate) 50 mg
Calcium (as aspartate) 35 mg
Ammonium Chloride 100 mg
Betaine HCL 15 mg
L-Glutamic Acid 120 mg

Phos Drops from Nutri-West:

Phos Drops may also aid in the process of digestion. The absorption of some key nutrients, like riboflavin and niacin, is initialized and optimized by healthy phosphorus levels. Phosphorus may also help regulate normal bowel movements, which is essential for maintaining your digestive health.

Kidney health could also rely in part on Phos Drops. Healthy phosphorus levels aid the kidneys in releasing waste through urine. By doing this, our body is then able to better regulate other substances.

Nutri-West recommends the daily dosage for Phos Drops as 10 drops 3 times in a day in water. However, always consult a doctor before starting a nutritional supplement; they may recommend a different dosage.

We are exposed to a wide variety of toxins in our everyday life that can interfere with normal, cellular processes essential for health. The liver, our natural defense system, bears the brunt of responsibility for detoxifying most of these poisons, including alcohol, environmental toxins, endotoxins, drugs etc. It accomplishes this by taking a toxic, fat-soluble substance that is not readily excreted, and changing it into a non-toxic, water-soluble substance that is easily excreted.
